Example

ORIGINS: Tuphon - Unknown creator.
NAME: Sandgliding or Sandsurfing

RULES: Sandsurfing is, for the most part, a recreational passtime. All one needs is a board with an attached sail to ride the sand and wind of tuphon. The more daring attach metal rods to the tops of their sails to catch lightning in the process.

Surfing has been made into a competative racing sport with additional points added to participants that perform feats.

WELL KNOWN?: The Sand Games are broadcasted through all of BPG where access is permitted.

OTHER: The most famous and record holding surfer is a gigantic water bear with an unpronounceable name. Most call him King Tu.
Demolition Derby

ORIGINS: Believed to first be started by bored factory workers on Silor, the games have grown since then and are even a favorite pastime of certain crime rings. Unofficial Demolitions can be hosted by anyone, but a grand tournament is held by varying crime bosses at differing locations every year.

NAME: Demolition Derby

RULES: Pit your droids (made or stolen) in brutal ‘death’ matches, much like gladiatorial combat of millennia past- anything goes, and the last one standing wins.

WELL KNOWN?: Its true horrors are known only in the seedy underbelly of society, or those who accidentally stumble upon the livestreams in the darkweb.

OTHER: Betting is strongly encouraged, and controversially, everything from credits to persons can be traded. Even more controversially, androids are also ‘accepted’ into the games; most are forced to participate (androids are usually kidnapped, sold, or blackmailed into the games unwillingly) with the odds stacked against them. A few go into combat of their own accord and make a name for themselves, however: the most well-known of these is a hulking behemoth with a name of Gallactic1.
