So I started to unravel a sweater that no longer fits my partner or I (possibly pictures later). I kept meaning to donate it because it's really pretty white sweater with silver flecks, but while I was looking for info on recycling fabric into yarn, I found a guide on recycling a sweater.
Has anyone else done this? If you do, do you ever go and buy second hand sweaters to give new life to?
I'm thinking the next time I'm at a thrift shop I might look at some sweaters to see if there is anything that might be given new life and maybe a new size.
