This was fun to make.
Cacophony sent me the yarn, and I LOVE LOVE LOVE the colors so much you've no ideaaaaaa.
I can't wait to make my own with the Sunrise or the other yarn I got.
I finished knitting my mom's Acadian Shawl and have steamblocked it!
(Acrylic yarn can be a pain like that)I knitted it on a smaller size needles/yarn weight so the shawl I made isn't as large as the pattern. I did more repeats of the chart to make up for length but I don't think it's going to be a problem. My mom's smaller than so just because it doesn't fit nicely on my shoulders doesn't mean it doesn't fit nicely on hers!
I'm bringing it to her tomorrow, maybe she'll model it for pictures.
