Kayo looks down angered and scared. "I need to protect that girl... I have to figure out who she is and make sure she stays safe... " They say to themselves as the cicadas swarm dies out and leaves.
Griff looked over at them. "What did he say her name was again?" he asked, once again acting kind like he had never yelled at Kayo.
Kayo doesn't take their eyes off the ground "Iyushi or Inori.... he didn't know which...."
Griff concentrated for a second. He looked up making eye contact with Kayo again. "If the dowsing speaks correctly - which is always does - she should be in her class."
Kayo looks at him "Inori Saegusa... Alright." They write it on their arm so they can remember. "I promise to keep her safe..."
Griff nodded. "Hopefully that guy doesn't cause too much more trouble," he said before walking off.
Kayo sighs "hopefully your right, now i gotta go to school like this." they dusts themselves off and walks to the school.
Soon, Hotaru entered the classroom and sat down to her seat. She had her parasol placed besides her desk.
Kayo comes into the class, he sits in the back by himself and sighs. A butterfly is following him. It is blue and white. It shines in the sunlight
The butterfly gets her attention.
Kayo puts their finger out and lets the butterfly land on their finger. They see Hotaru looking at the butterfly. "You scared of bugs or something?"
Griff happened to be there as well, right behind Kayo. "Why would she be afraid of bugs? Have you seen her wings?" he snickered. If it came off as rude, he didn't mean it that way.
Kayo shook his head no. "I'm sorry, its just a normal reaction for me. I'm used to people hating them." Butterfly lands on their head. "Please get off me." Kayo offers their finger to the butterfly but it refuses. "Okay i guess, have it your way."
*Enters room, sighing*
*to Harith*"By the Gods, you made me late on my second day!"
"How Exactly can I participate in a duel when I'm so late!?! What am I, a robot??"
"argh, I've had enough of your shouting! You're gonna get me a headache!" Harith said, with a desparate look on his face.
