I dont think so. I mean the group exist so technically users can still rp. Just that it has been left on hold that its possible most of us focus their rp in a different setting. 
Overall the setting exist so the world is there. I just put Elaine to mess up stuff and have a milkshake

I eont remember much of the lore but a prison break is always fun! Let all the degenerates out!
It sounds chaotic and I feel like that might be something we all need. A little bit of chaos is always good therapy.
