Things are official. On Valentines day Slick proposed. Cooked me dinner and everything. Everything is getting so normal.
We spent some time together for his birthday. Got him some more accessories for his car.

I've felt detached lately. Like I'm outside of my body looking down. Like everything is going in slow motion, but fast forward at the same time.

I'm happy, don't get me wrong. I just never expected this.

I literally can't even.

I extended the invitation for girls night to make sure Alex wasn't following Slick's boss home.

Well....somehow this became ask a pregnant lady to dye your hair and hide you out from the mob.

Apparently her pussy's made of gold because it's made a whole mob army come to the middle of nowhere just to find her. Oh and she somehow talked Slick into stepping right into the mob shit despite him saying he has no control over getting involved. Then actively made the decision to rope him into this with her damsel bullshit.

The first time I met her she said she'd rip someones dick off. God only knows what she'd done if the mafia deems her worth losing money and morale over.

Sounds like a scheme to get him roped in again. The closer he gets to this fucking stranger the further he's going to push me.

Until he wakes up and I'm gone.

I'd stay if they were after him and he didn't have a choice. But he's just sticking his nose in it.

So last night I walked into a conversation. More like stepped in a conversation.

I came in around the time Kat was talking about guns. She has some psycho ex of hers she's worried about, so I wanted to help her go about things legally, and safely. Suggest decent gun for her hand size and stuff. Dean started to get pissy.....

But I also noticed he got pissy around the time Kat congratulated me. After Kat told me congratulations, he got increasingly more angry. Even called us hicks. I'm wondering if it's about the wedding? Or maybe because I didn't tell him about the baby? Did Slick tell Kat because of planning time off work....then she let it slip?

Either way.... if that's why he was mad.... he can fuck right off. I understand he's my ex, but we were terrible together. It wasn't a one-way street. We were volatile. He was too young. I was too damaged. I thought we've moved on.

This is our fucking moment. Our time. Our wedding. Our family.

Yet somehow it's about him.

Last night Aiden came over. Apparently she has soul sight. I lost a lot of abilities, but Aiden still has it. This is helpful for a variety of reasons.... and she could pick up on the start of life within me.

I'm pregnant. It must be really early. Slick and I have both been talking about it, but talking and doing are two different things.

When we discussed it, he was like, "So do you want to get married?"

Do I?! Part of me is scared.... but the other part just thinks the nerves are temorary. It's just going to be another fact eventually. We've been through multiple situations. Reeeeeally bad ones. I think if we can survive those, and still find love, and comfort, and trust with another person... we'll do fine.

The ladies at church are going to be happy. They always accidentally call him my husband anyway.

It's happening. Slick and I.... had a discussion. Kind of. I was just happy I found someone that is willing to put up with me.... and now we're planning a family.


We're in a good place. The house should be paid off within this next year. We're going to have to figure out what we're doing with a room. I can take some extra odd jobs to help with the bills more. We've warded against the douche-nuggets, and I don't feel as scared of them anymore.

We'll figure it out when the time comes..... for right now just the fact he wants to start a family.....this is huge.
