A soldier and occasionally two were posted near the head. If she did somehow make it past them the signs, as before, would be promptly removed. Similarly any patrols that stumbled upon them would tear them all down. They were used to seeing these posters, it seemed, and knew where to look to find some of the Raven's more common spot. Unfortunately they wouldn't be able to get them all right away but over time most would be removed.
