I have a whole bunch of things in my queue. Not quite sure yet in which order I'm going to make them in, but here are some of my plans!

1. Cat blanket for Bonebag.
Although I have several patterns in my library for cat blankets, I'm thinking of making my own. It will probably consist of garter stitch, stockinette and the occasional yarnover/k2tog. Bones has an adorable kitty who deserves an awesome kitty blanket. <3

2. Acadian Shawl for my mother
She picked the yarn for it and it will be delivered soon. I'm probably casting on at the same time as the kitty blanket.

3. Picot Hem Poncho for Libertine's baby
Same as above, I'm still waiting on the yarn. Willow is 6 months old right now so I'll be knitting a poncho for 9-12 months if I calculate it right. Otherwise one size up to be sure. I'd rather Willow grows into it rather than being only able to wear it twice!

4. Mini Elephant plush toy for Elsie
My friend who's not on RPR anymore loves elephants, so I promised I'd knit her this adorable little elephant. :) I don't know when I'll get to it. The other projects have minor priority but the elephant should be fairly quick to make.

5. My Little Pony plushies for The_Ross, Bonebag and Jaybird
I received this pattern as a gift from a friend. As my boyfriend's a real MLP fan and I love knitting plushies, I figured it would be a great project to work on when he's going on deployment coming July. Then Bones and Jay chimed in they wanted some too, so they're getting one as well!
This project will be HUGE for me because it's a whole different knitting experience altogether. I've knitted simple plushies up until now, but this pattern is extensive and has a lot of sewing in it. I dislike sewing, hah.
Depending on how far along I am with other stuff, I'm either getting to this quickly or I won't be able to start until after Ross is deployed. We'll see. I'm in no particular rush and I will have to shop for the right yarn colors too.

6. Waist belt for myself.
This will also be a pattern I'll create myself. I'll need to figure out the details, but basically I want a 6 inch tall waist belt, either a one piece or with buttons, to accessorize some of my outfits. :)

What do you have on your to-do list?
My to-do list right now is pretty much just "figure out what the hell I'm doing and stop making weird holes and stuff."'

I'm only working on my second project at the moment, and don't really have anything planned for the future. Well... except that, when I'm better at not totally screwing things up, I plan to try making a Batman ski mask for Mist. >.> So far all I have a lame, lumpy washcloth thing and the start of a lame, probably lumpy scarf with random lines perled. ^^;
Aww! Well practice makes perfect. XD My first projects weren't exactly things of beauty but making mistakes = improving!

And do you make random purl rows by accident or on purpose? I might be able to help you out, I already made a video for a friend showing her why her knitting had random increases in it, I could send it to you. :3
Let's see...

1- shirt I found in a magazine
2- other shirt I found in a magazine
3- shawl from that one book
4- Sheep Wagon Shawl that I will actually succeed at one of these days
5- this skirt
6- these mitts
7- this bag, because I will learn DPNs eventually.

Oh! I thought I'd replied to this already.

Yeah, I'm doing the random purls (mostly) on purpose. Just not bothering to count/remember beyond keeping the same number of loops on the needle. ^^; Can't really tell any different on one side for most of it so far, though.

LOVE the skirt and bag! Who'd you be making those for? :3

I'm very curious to see it now! You should be able to tell them apart pretty well, but it also kind of depends on what order you knit them. :D

Skirt for a friend, bag for myself. I'm secure in my masculinity, I can rock a windmill bag full of knitting project. ^^
I think you'd rock it really well!! Hope we get to see a picture when it's done of all the rocking!
Oh! One tip for the skirt: if you use cotton yarn, try using a cotton fiber blend. Cotton is heavy and will sag over time, ruining the shape. Bamboo fiber blends might be better, airy like cotton but lighter. Acrylic is the cheapest and one of the lighter yarns, but can get warm really fast (since it's basically plastic and doesn't breathe well).

No idea what your plans are for it, but check with your friend what she'll prefer. Bamboo yarn is a cheaper luxury yarn, very smooth and has a sheen without being shiny (if that makes sense).
She wants me to use an acrylic/wool/nylon blend called Berroco Vintage. I don't think she understands that 12 skeins of yarn at $8 a pop is kind of pretty darn expensive. I guess if I buy it a few at a time I can afford it, but this is so going to be her Christmas present. Her only Christmas present. =3=
Holy moly. Didn't see how much yarn that skirt eats up! If it were me I'd ask for her to go 50/50 on it (especially since she asked for that yarn!). Even if it's a present, you're still going to put many many many hours into knitting it, so it wouldn't be that terrible to ask for (at least that's how it is in my social circles).

*shrugs* I see dudes knitting on the train all the time.
Sanne- Tell me about it. If I can't convince her to go with something cheaper, I'll have to ask her to split cost on the yarn.

Nova- Around here people look at me funny enough for growing my own veggies. ^^;
1. Not so much queued as in-progress: the Guston sweater for my husband. It's in a lovely dark green! I've got a sleeve and a bit done so far, with a promised done-by date of next January.
2. Socks for me, done two-at-once on one long circular needle. I have some lovely purple hand-dyed Blue Moon Fiber Arts yarn that's been laying around for years, and I finally found a pattern I want to use it on. :3
3. Socks for husband, the Double Heelix, in a fabulous blue and red combo.
4. A tea cozy. I've been meaning to do one for ages. I have the yarn and the beads for it, and it'd take all of two days to knit (I know for sure, 'cause I already knit my mom one last June), but danged if I've done it yet. :p
5. An experiment in naalbinding, ending up in a hat for my husband.
