Isobel nodded and a smile spread across her face. "Well, I guess we don't know a lot about each other's personalities huh? I mean, I know some about John, but we don't know much about you. How bout we just spend the day together, and hopefully coming up with a name will be easier."
John thought for a moment as Isobel began to comment about 'battle-storm', it was a bit straight forward, but he didn't say anything in fear of breaking her mood. After a few more moments he sighed and said, "I think Peritus is right...", he looked over at Isobel and said, "I also think your right as well, the squad name will come to us when it's appropriate...For now, let's be productive...In that case should we begin training?"
He turned to Isobel and said, "Perhaps we can demonstrate each others skills in the arena with a friendly spar?", his tone changed slightly with that question, one of slight determination and anticipation, but it was miniscule, an average person wouldn't even have heard the difference.

Isobel grinned. She wasn't too terribly worried about a name and understood the importance of it fitting the whole group instead of just one or two. Her wings shifted slightly behind her in excitement and she rolled her shoulders. She hadn't fought since she joined the Academy and was starting to feel restless. "Just how friendly are we going to make this spar? Light hits, no hits, full out?"
John smiled from under his hood as he saw Isobel getting excited about sparring. He didn't want anyone to get hurt, but he wanted to have an actual fight. Whilst stretching his arms out a bit he said, "Well, let's just not hospitalize anyone...does that sound okay?", he said, confident that the to wouldn't slip up and accidentally mortally wound someone.
