Rounded up simply by the title, I only just noticed that I don't have access to use this on a group. I think this is an extremely useful feature within a group, and I think it's entirely strange that groups can't use them at all.
The uses for an Always/Never chart is that their titles are entirely customizable, they're much easier to use than the annoying columns feature, and I generally love being able to alter them in CSS for custom templates, I'd love that availability in epic groups as well.

This would be a really great at a glance summary of the rules for the front page of a group. I'd love the option to use it.
