In the Dome

Kira flashes a smile at Tinsley, turning his head so that she could see the right half of it. It was almost... unsettling, seeing him grin like that. Among all the alien guts on the floor, it seemed odd that he owned a white coat, it seemed too fancy to blend in anywhere. There were feathers around the collar, real feathers, from a real bird. The coat dragged down to his boots, it was the most expensive trench coat most could think of.

As two guns shot ring from the air, Mal is ducked down and his weapon already out. The scythe that he created already out in it's full glory. Thinking about where Mal heard the gun shots and heads outs towards them with each step being taken with care. Mal begins to run towards the deep part of the apartment complex. Unknowing to what is in store just around the bend.

Tommy looks into the mirror and just about dies, he hated it mainly because he looked like a anime character and not to mention a fuckboy. Though being the kind soul he is he simply turned away from the mirror taking a deep breath as he looked to Casendra who smirked at his hair she lied to savor Dietrich's feelings "It looks fabulous! I love it Dietrich!" Tommy sarcastically scowled "Yes, just fantaaaaasssstttttiiiicccc!" as he walked off toward the bathroom when he suddenly heard loud footsteps running toward him. He turned to the group and his pupils dilated he said loudly, but quietly "Get in a room and hide with your weapons out!" he ran and grabbed Casendra's arm yanking her into the room with Dietrich as he swiftly and quietly closed the door.

Hearing Tommy's statement Tinsley flipped around and into Kira's room closing the door. She reloaded her guns and cocked them backing up slightly as she aimed them at the door. If someone were to walk in through that door their head would be filled with led before the other person could even react. She was as tense as could be her breathing still steady though.

In the other room Casendra had her machete held out toward the door and Tommy had his cocked shotgun at the ready to. Though they wanted to see if the person was hostile or not unlike Tinsley.

Kira moved up next to the doorframe. He ripped his gloves off and stuffed them into his pockets, he was ready to grab whoever came through. Maybe they'd be friendly? He was hoping they would fight.

Mal moves swifly towards the back apartments, It's clean to Mal a door with a missing handle. Mal looks and smiles with his soft grin. His idea of being a smartass seems to be be peeking. While walking to the door, being all prim and proper his scythe happy resting on his shoulder. Mal knocks on the door three times. He grins and steps to the side, and looks down at the missing door nob. Mal grins more and waits.

Casendra hears the knocks and her eyes flash a abnormally light purple indicating fear then her eyes turned red with anger why though is the question. She stared at the broken door knob crouching to look through she saw no one through it so she took a step back looking at Tommy she whispered "Leave me your shot gun and you and Dietrich climb out the window into the room with Tinsley and Kira... I got this." Tommy stared at her unsure then he nodded walking toward the window slowly opening it.

As Tommy climbed out the window hanging onto the ledge he hooked his toes onto a ledge as he slid himself across he tapped Kira's window quietly. Tinsley walks over and glances out re-hooking her guns to her hips she slowly pops open the window and helps Tommy in as he fills her in on what's happening. Tinsley then walked over to Kira whispering "Cas is going to confront this thing, if shit goes down we're busting out of here and decapitating this thing got me?" she questioned looking back toward the window then to the door.

Casendra walked over to Dietrich and motioned him to go quickly. She strapped the shot gun over her chest with its strap holding her machete by he side as she charged at the door. Last second she jumped and kicked open the door in her peripheral vision she saw a male with a scythe her eyes narrowed in on him as she turned toward him swiftly, though not once did her eyes change color from anger. She didn't attack him she merely held her machete out toward him ready to slit his throat she asked "You knocked?" cockily.

Dietrich shook his head at Cas and stood his ground, he went ahead and grabbed his machete that was on the ground and stood behind but adjacent to her with the blade pointed at the door. Still looking like a boy, Dietrich hoped that his appearance would question the potential enemy actions against him. Bur seeing that it was a man with a scythe, he wondered why does he have a such a weapon for?

Either way Dietrich knew if a strike went towards him he would survive, but he would have to make it out so it can recover possibly depending what the strike would be or on. Plus, two people going against one person, should level the odds into there favor. In the back of his mind, he was pleased that Tommy liked his new hair.

Mal smiles and grind. "Glad to know someone is nice enough to reply. don't be alarmed I'm not here to Reap your souls." Mal returns his scythe to a folded up stage and giggles. "I'm hear because I heard gun shots and wanted to check if anyone was alright, or as alright as anyone could be in this hellish Earth right now." He smiles his purple eyes shimmering as he removes his hat and bows "The name is Malthael but please do call me Mal."

Kira hadn't responded to Tinsley, he was listening, trying to catch as much as he could through the door. His hearing was nothing spectacular but he heard conversation and took that as a sign. It meant whatever was out there looked human. He waited for any sort of signal to burst through the door.

Casendra stared at him and lowered her machete slightly "Reap our souls? Sounds like your the Grim Reaper?" she lowered her weapon to her side still gripping it tightly prepared to attack she said "Hm... Well nice to meet you I suppose Mal. My name is Casendra, but please call me Cas. I'll agree with you however the world has gone to shit and it makes you question new people, like you. How do I know you're not hostile or your intentions hm?" her eyes went to a lavender orange for focused, curious, and confused. She looked to the doors where the others were at and then looked to Dietrich and she mustered up a mischievous grin, but hid it. She had a plan in her mind for multiple scenarios she felt well-prepared. She looked at Malthael waiting for a response she was tempted to call the others out of the room, but she didn't know his intentions yet.

Tinsley walked over to Tommy taking him aside she said quietly "The thing out there sounds human it speaks English and Cas hasn't said otherwise. We'll wait a few minutes to see if he's hostile or not to attack or introduce ourselves." she nodded slightly to Tommy as they walked back over to where Kira was listening.

Mal smiles and looks at her "Well first thing first you can tell the other two in the room next door that they are safe, I'm no here to kill anyone. As it stands you have no leading cause to believe that I am a Alien, mind the fact that I'm a new face knocking on the door at time near dusk." Mal smiles ad looks Cas in the eyes "You on the other hand have a very striking feature, your eyes." He smiles and bites his bottom lip "Are very pretty." Mal extends my hand "But until night you have all the reason in the world to keep an eye on me."

She stares at him and her eyes turn fully lavender, she was confused, though her eyes had with hints of pink which usually means love, but in this situation it may just be her way of blushing. She says "Well actually other three in the room." she smirked slightly looking to the floor slightly "He seems... safe... though there is the chance he's a Malactician... But I find it slim" She sticks her machete back into its case on her back when she sees his hand extend and she unsure of what he expects grabs his hand. As her cheeks started to turn a light-light shade of pink, it was barely noticeable.

Tinsley exits the room first as she grabs one of her pistols, her stomach was still aching, but she decided she was just going to deal with it. She said "Hello." to Mal as she walked by and over to Casendra he stands my her side and says "Nice to meet you the names Tinsley and the dude walking out the door there is Tommy." Tommy exited the room and said walking up to Casendra "Shotgun?" then she handed it to him and he threw it over his shoulder. He seemed jealous of Casendra and this Mal guy. Tinsley said "Long as we're all okay." she continued "Kira? You get what you need in there can we go?" Tinsley looked Mal up and down as she said that. She kept her hand on her gun tightly ready to raise it and shoot.

Mal looks at Tinsley "Look if your gonna shoot me I'd do it now but honestly I wouldn't." Mal looks around at everyone, before turning to Cas "What happened? I was enjoying my tea when I heard the gun shots, but.... this is much more fun than tea." He giggles loudly and smiles "Honestly though I haven't had this much fun in years."

Kira walks out of the room, seemingly disappointed. He blows some stray hair out of his face and puts his gloves back on. "Couldn't find it, must've gotten taken or something. It's time to go." He stares down Mal as he says so.

Casendra said "Well we found Dietrich in a room thinking he was hostile since he didn't show himself Tinsley shot of the door knob and went in." She continued "And you were having tea in a time like this? With the attack on the Empire State Building soon to happen?" she shakes her head in disbelief as her eyes turned green with a slight tent of pink. She was happy and slightly flirty now it would seem.

Tinsley stared at Mal she had a bad feeling about him and she didn't like him she said "I'm not going to shoot a innocent man. Its as simple as reassurance, you nice to us I don't shoot you, you mean and I let you see how led feels when it enters through your forehead and exits through the back of your skull." she smiled at Mal a bit pissed then she turned and she replied to Kira "Oh? Well that sucks, I'm ready to go... Wait gimme a second!" she went and grabbed a towel and some water for Tommy and said "Here." he sighed "Thanks." he poured the water on his hair then took the towel and tussled his hair said "I liked it, but I'm not a big fan of gel thanks though." he smiled at Dietrich as he said "I'm ready to go." Tinsley nodded "Me too, but uh... are Dietrich and Mal coming with us?" she questioned as Casendra said "There's enough room in my car, thankfully its a van." She shrugged continuing "I'm fine with it depends if they want to come and if y'all want to let them..."

Mal smiles and looks at Cas "To be hoenst I wanted to enjoy tea before it's gone, for you Tinsley, I thank you for now shooting, but I already know what lead feels like and it's not pleasant." Mal glares but lighten up. He pulls his arms out of his trench coat, it resting in place on his shoulders "For an adventure I'm up for anything just get me out of this place, I've been aching to get back out there." Mal grabs his scythe from his belt loop but doesn't deploy it. He stands there looking around taking note of things of the new faces around him.

"We need to find some place to sleep, it's getting dark and traveling at night isn't a good idea, regardless of the alien invasion going down at the State. We are in a hotel, I don't see why we shouldn't rent a room for a bit." He looks to Mal, and in that instant Mal can see a hint of pink in his red eyes. Something about the way he held himself up seemed off, like he didn't weigh anything to himself, and the gear he had on him didn't make a difference.

"Okay we'll stay here then for the day. However we are rather close to the State Building... Aliens will wander here most likely during the invasion making sure their people are not attacked, unless I'm over thinking it and the Aliens are idiotic." Tinsley sighed as she finished her sentence. She said "I guess everyone find a room to stay in and keep your eyes open." she nodded looking at everyone. Tommy nodded holding up a peace sign as he said "Okay I'll stay in this room with Dietrich yeah? There are two beds." he walked into the room with the broken knob as he laid on the bed he covered up and stared at the roof. Tinsley shrugged "Easy enough. Casendra the room next to Kira's has two beds also we'll stay in there. You two Kira and Mal assort your problems and find a room to stay in that's not already taken." Tinsley continued "However what do we do in the meantime? Tommy's obviously going to sleep, but what about the rest of us, sleep? We'd need someone or two people to watch guard." she took a deep breath as Casendra nodded. Tommy drifted off to sleep to Tinsley's directions as Casendra looked between everyone in the group.

With the situation desclated, Dietrich puts down his weapon and goes back into the walk in closest out of view and switches into his slime form and begins to put on more of the rich persons clothes. He made sure he was out of sight from Mal as he enjoys himself putting on various clothes.

"I'll take first shift on guard, it'll be a miracle if slime here knows how to fight. Half of you are wounded and babyface here just showed up..." his tone turns grim, his voice almost hinting at a sense of guilt. "These aliens are self aware, they fear death like we do. If that counts as idiotic then I was right about the population of this planet being braindead anymore." He walks back to the doorframe of his room. With his back turned, he speaks, projecting his voice louder so that they all might hear. "I don't want anyone in my room, Mal can take the opposite side of the hallway."
