Ella noticed Daniel's gaze fixed on Afol longer after he had finished speaking. She was just too perceptive at times , or so she thought when she started feeling bad for getting into other people's business.
Afol seemed like a very nice guy, he had been kind from the very start and to be honest , she would have never thought he had any kind of problem if she hadn't met him in an asylum. His appearance was also very out of the ordinary and she couldn't help finding him appealing. As for Daniel, he was a young cute guy but he seemed a little more troubled than Afol. Even though he had been nice all the time, there was something off about him. It was more noticeable on him that he wasn't completely sane, but again Ella was no one to judge.
Juliet on the other hand was a character herself. As far as Ella was concerned she worked in the asylum but her personality, so outgoing and at times sort of bolt, that matched perfectly with her beauty and sex appeal kinda stunned Ella at times. She was happy to have someone so talkative, who would propose group activities to make everyone get a feeling of belonging, so the loneliness wouldn't hit them that hard.
All those thoughts, analyzing the people she was with came through her mind as she gave the final touches to her painting of Juliet. Once she was done she put her brush down and took a step back to admire her work. It was a very realistic drawing as all she had done was copying the reality she could see, not adding anything new or creativity into the piece by putting other colors different from the ones Juliet herself was wearing. "I think .... I'm done." She said softly giving them a smile and finally letting her eyes rest on Juliet for a moment as if she was trying to see if she had missed any detail of her.

(Sorry I have been swamped ! I should be back in here and there!)
She smiles wide. "We should do a big reveal once we are all done! By we I mean you 3. Oooo! I should draw you three next! Itll be fun!" She smiles in excitement as she stays still. If anyone looked close enough they would see goosebumps from being chilly.

((It’s fine! Take your time
))
Daniel then got up from his chair he was sitting in,” alright! Let me just wash my hand off” he said before almost ruffling his hair and then stopped himself with a chuckle,” that would have been bad...” he spoke softly as he didn’t seem to be talking to anyone specifically. He then went to the sink in the room and washed his hands. His vision blurred and he sighed while turning the water on cold to try and keep himself awake

She smiles as she listens. "I dont know, you mean you dont want colorful hair?" She chuckles as she then notices him getting sleepy. "Hey Dan, you know what may be a cool pose if you want to pose for me? You could lay down as if you're sleeping! The drama and suspense I could make! And then you two could pose around him! Oh I can see it now!" She smiles wide as she rubs her shoulders.
Daniel chuckled and as he was fighting to wake himself up,” I mean sure I would love colorful hair but I’m not sure tan, black, red, green, blue, and purple will mix well” he then dried his hands and stretched,” Daniel chuckled,” that sounds really interesting actually!” He said happily,” of course if Ella and Afol are ok with it” he said and ruffled his hair since it was just habit for him now
“Yeah I’m fine with that!” Afol smiled as he put his painting on the drying rack. It wasn’t the best but it had the basics in it. He had painted her with flowers around her
Daniel did the same with his before wobbling and bumping into Afol,” a-sorry!” He said quickly and backed up in case he accidentally bumped into him again.
Afol gently took the painting from Daniel and put it on the drying rack for him before offering his arm to him, "It's fine Daniel. How about I help you sit down?" He smiled softly.
Daniel watched Afol help before holding Afol’s arm for support,” thanks... they still haven’t gotten anything for my issue yet so I might pass out here and there.” He said to Afol and smiled back with a soft blush
Afol nodded softly, "Well whenever you're feeling faint, feel free to tell me and I'll catch you okay?" He smiled warmly at him as he helped him back to his seat before taking off his jacket and wrapping it around him gently. His hand and wrist was more visible now and it was badly scarred, covered in old burns and gash marks.
Daniel nodded,” ok, thanks again” he then got surprised but Afol putting his jacket around him. Daniel held the ends of the jacket so it wouldn’t fall as he blushed a bit more with a much more noticeable smile appearing. He noticed his wrists and frowned as he wondered how he got them but didn’t want to ask in case it was a touchy subject
Afol noticed his smile turn into a frown, "Are you okay?" He asked softly, looking worried for his friend.
Daniel looked up at Afol and smiled,” no, I’m fine I just was thinking a bit.” He then leaned on Afol slightly,” thanks for taking care of me. This reminds me of when we were little and I slipped and fell into the river by the middle school”
Ella watched both of the men quietly for a couple of seconds before slowly approaching. "Do you want me to go to the cafeteria and bring you a glass of water? " She asked Daniel gently stopping by their side. She couldn't help noticing Afol's scars. They looked very serious , the remains of the serious injuries he would have received. She knew he had been a marine but still she couldn't imagine what he had gone through. She decided not to mention them though. Some people just weren't comfortable talking about that and she thought it could be rude to ask right away.
Her lapis colored eyes left the couple for a moment and stared at the doorway. Apparently there was nothing there but it wasn't that way for Ella. She clearly saw someone, a patient for the look of his clothes slowly walking past the door. His eyes had rested on her for a moment before giving her a grin and walking away. This sent shivers down her spine. She was sure this wasn't someone alive, he was from a different plane of existence. Her eyes quickly moved down to she floor and she clenched her jaw. She couldn't tell anyone what she had seen. If she did they'd think she was crazy and that was exactly what she tried to avoid. She needed to appear sane and leave this place as soon as possible.

Daniel looked to Ella with his pale-ish face and he hummed,” no I couldn’t possibly ask you to go get me water, I’ll get some later” he said with a kind smile,” thank you though! And is something wrong...?” He asked as he noticed she was staring at the doorway for a bit and her jaw was tending up. He gently put a hand on her shoulder with a look of concern.
She sat back and observed the scene before her. She sits and does some stretching after standing for so long. "Well, it's not surprising to see things here. So, I'd imagine she probably saw a ghost. This place is ha--- er nothing. You heard nothing."
Daniel looked at Juliet with slight shock,” Please tell me you weren’t about to say haunted... please tell me you weren’t” he said as he was a believer in this type of stuff and although he did like the usual haunting snow and then, he would never want to sleep somewhere with active ghosts...
That comment made Ella stop pretending. Her gaze locked into Juliet now with a slight frown. This place was haunted? Maybe this was the reason why God had let this happen to her, the reason why she had been sent to this place. She didn't want to say she had seen a spirit after hearing how much they seemed to scare Daniel so she chose to give him comfort before she'd address to Juliet to know more about this asylum. "Daniel, the cross totem I gave you before? It works with spirits. As long as you have it and use it you're untouchable for them, it will keep you safe." She assured. How many times had she used those during her missions as an exorcist and how many times they has saved her life.
Then she stepped close to Juliet lowering her tone. "If this place is haunted I want to know more. I might be able to help." She assured as her lapis colored eyes stared deeply into Juliet's. "That used to be my job after all, before I was locked in here."

Daniel sighed and wrapped himself up more in Afol’s jacket,” thank god! I mean I’m alright with spirits and stuff because I actually think it’s quite interesting but I couldn’t possibly sleep when I know they could be there...”
Afol nodded to Daniel, “No problem.” He smiled. He then hummed as he listened to them in silence. He was a believer as well in the supernatural, ‘As if I didn’t feel paranoid enough.....’ He thought to himself with a soft grumble
