From the Greek word meaning "glory," a kudos is acclaim for exceptional achievement or qualities.
On the RP repository, receiving a kudos means that another community member recommends you as someone other people might like to get to know. Perhaps because you are exceptionally fun to RP with, exceptionally fun to know, or are just plain exceptional!

I have to give kudos to Crimson who is my oldest friend here on RP Repository. We’ve been writing together off-and-on for years under different monikers, and though life has progressed for us both to the point where we don’t write as much as we used to, it is always a joy to see their replies pop up. Along with being such a creative soul, she writes wonderfully, and is kind and understanding OOC when we need to take breaks. I’m glad to have found Crimson as a long-term writing partner!
