On the RP repository, receiving a kudos means that another community member recommends you as someone other people might like to get to know. Perhaps because you are exceptionally fun to RP with, exceptionally fun to know, or are just plain exceptional!

VA is one of my best roleplayers I've had. Now, I haven't been roleplaying for too long, but he got me started, and he's still my favorite! He's very descriptive, and he sends enough information in his posts every time, always making sure you can reply.
