From the Greek word meaning "glory," a kudos is acclaim for exceptional achievement or qualities.
On the RP repository, receiving a kudos means that another community member recommends you as someone other people might like to get to know. Perhaps because you are exceptionally fun to RP with, exceptionally fun to know, or are just plain exceptional!

Leif definitely deserves kudos because he is a great RPer and friend, We may not of known eachother for that long but his roleplaying skills are amazing in my opinion. Every one of his replies are breath taking to me, I really enjoy RPing with him when I have the chance. -

Leif deserves Kudos. My reason? He can make unique characters, and he can make them enjoyable to roleplay with. I have roleplayed with Archer while being Admiral, and I say I have had fun doing so! He is also very fun when you are just talking out of character, and I would recommend people swarm him until the crowd runs him over. -
