From the Greek word meaning "glory," a kudos is acclaim for exceptional achievement or qualities.
On the RP repository, receiving a kudos means that another community member recommends you as someone other people might like to get to know. Perhaps because you are exceptionally fun to RP with, exceptionally fun to know, or are just plain exceptional!

I have known Sheep for years, and he continues to amaze me. Everything that flows from his fingers is really, truly magical and one day the world will get to see that. Until then I continue gleefully to monopolize as much of his time as possible! Oops.

Where'd you go, silly? For a while Sheepdust and I roleplayed excessively, and we had some good fun. Quality of posts and length of posts were always generally consistent with my own, which I love. Mirror posting is my jam! We did some cool stories together, explored out characters, developed new ones. Thank you for that. - yamashta
