From the Greek word meaning "glory," a kudos is acclaim for exceptional achievement or qualities.
On the RP repository, receiving a kudos means that another community member recommends you as someone other people might like to get to know. Perhaps because you are exceptionally fun to RP with, exceptionally fun to know, or are just plain exceptional!

This kudos is definitely long overdue. I'm in one of the cutest Roleplays I have ever been in with one of characters (which aren't listed) and everytime I recieve a message, I have to stiffle an excited squeak to see what she has posted. I'd suggest starting a roleplay with this person before you completely miss your chance. It's an absolute joy
