I'm pretty shy when it comes to messaging new people so please message me first if you can! I'm getting better, but sometimes I still am pretty bad about it. My replies can be... spotty. But I usually try to reply as much as I can during the weekend to make up for my absence in the week due to school. I do have a real life and hope you respect that it does take priority. DOS Have communication in and out of character. Be open to changes in plot direction, provided it's discussed together and agreed upon. Try and include quirks/tropes your partner enjoys if you can/want. |
DONTS Stress over replies. It's meant to be fun! Ignore someones suggestions/requests. Take over completely and not ask your partner before jumping into something that directly and majorly effects their characters. |
Tropes I'm Weak For
Just a little collection of tropes I get absolutely weak in the knees for! These don't have to be included in every single role play but I would adore it if we could add one or two at some point. Though, I do understand if it just doesn't make sense within the context of the story line. During plotting do feel free to tell me some of your own so I can see if I can incorporate it! I know the nice feeling of reading something you adore (whether for fluffy or angsty reasons,) happening to your character.
List
- Self Destructive characters softening up and beginning to care about them selves after meeting someone
- Large or strong characters hesitant and/or fearful of touching smaller characters because they might hurt them
- Characters who don't even notice they're hurt badly because their partner is hurt and that's all they can see
- Tall characters scooping up smaller characters in their arms, either to run away or just for fun
- Masked characters who become smitten with another character they meet, and make excuses to keep seeing them in and out of mask all while the other character is oblivious that this masked deviant is the same person who shyly says hi every morning before running off, or some variant of that
- "May I have this dance?" Characters at a dance/ball while on a job or mission but becoming distracted with one another
- Characters pushing away other characters so they won't get hurt as they fall but always coming back/not being able to stay away
- Characters who have lost chunks or all of their memories meeting someone they knew in the past who is absolutely heartbroken they don't remember them
- Characters who act cocky/flirty but the moment someone begins doing it back to them they melt
- Tracing old scars with the tips of their fingers/kissing them
