Hello there stranger, thanks for visiting my profile! My name is Chikai, but you're welcome to call me Chi or Koi if that makes things easier for you. I'm a bit of a probie when it comes to writing with others and roleplaying in general, compared to some of the members on this site, but I'm aiming to change that by plotting and starting some exciting and moving roleplays with good depth and detail that will be equally enjoyed by all parties concerned.

So you'll probably want to know a bit about my writing style, before anything kicks off, right? Well, to summarise - I write multiple paragraphs in third person-styled wording. Typically, my posts are between four and eight pargraphs long, but I can write more if my motivation/muse is on board. I like to think I write with good grammer and spelling, but I'm only human so I probably make the odd mistake here or there. I only write in English (sorry, I'm a useless monolingual, I know) and tend to only write as female characters.


It will probably become obvious once you see my characters, but I'm a bit obsessed with manga/anime, so have most of my characters based in, or having originated from, Japan. Depending on the plot, it would be lovely to have a fellow Japanese character accompanying them throughout the course of our roleplay, but it is not required. But either way, I can explain more once we get talking in private messages regarding plots and/or characters.

Unless stated otherwise, I am only looking to write with someone who plays a male character, as their main character anyway. It is perfectly fine with me if you want to include/write as some background female characters to add to the plot, and I may well do the same with male characters too. Ideally, you will have a profile picture for your character and a decent amount of information in their profile so I can understand what kind of character they are, and as a writer you'd match my writing style (see introduction).
