Man it's been awhile. So let's get to the content:
I live for literature and science. Ever since I was a wee little kid I've always been ever so immersed in the world of fiction. Whether it came in the form of the hundred of comics my dad use to store up, the superhero cartoons that used to air on television, binge watching anime, or playing the hundreds of video games I'd enjoy. I was either fighting a dragon or becoming one as a kid. However what spurred my love for fiction was the life that constantly surrounded me, more specifically the biology and physiology of animals. That mixed with the fact that my parents ad jobs in both the medical and mechanical engineering fields means I was a sucker for Sci-fi. Aliens is one of my favorite films for a reason - and mixing that technology into the worlds of fantasy is something I still adore to this day.
I can still recall it like it was yesterday. Out of all the kiddos in my preschool class I was the only one who wanted to be a paleontologist. If I wasn't storming through Skyrim on Arvak, I was reading up how pectoral muscles allow birds to fly, as well as a scientific feasibility of a hexapedal animal. When I wasn't drawing up sheets for six legged freaks, I was wondering how awesome it would be to have my own lightsaber, or wear the Predator gear and cloak. I even dressed up as Ben 10 for one Halloween, albeit the fac t that I was in a bulky coat due to the autumn weather did not make my Omnitrix or iconic black and white outfit known.
In terms of reply speed, I love to keep the flow of a good story going. You'll find me to be an exceedingly frequent replier, as good stories tend to get me excited.
Lastly one important thing of note to make is my mindset. I'm more than sure you (the reader) is at least familiar with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder). I won't go into every little detail about how my specific diagnosis effects my personality, just know one of two things.
1. Sarcasm will often times go right over my head, along with a variety of figurative statements. Some more than others, however all in all if I ask for clarification that's all I'm looking for. The more specific you are, the less likely I'll break out flow for clarification.
2. If you desire to tell me something tell me. I struggle reading people, and the fact that we'll be doing a variety of communication through text makes things even more difficult. I can't read minds, hell I can hardly read people's facial expressions. So if you want something of me, just reach out in a respective and concise manner and I'll me more than happy to comply.
So after a whole lot of "life" (relatively speaking of course), let's head back towards one of the things that made me so happy as kid, writing stories. I hope to find some enjoyment in creating stories with you all.
