I love to write and roleplay!
I am fond of many works of literature, such as J.R.R. Tolkien's Lord of the Rings and C.S. Lewis's Chronicles of Narnia. I have a love for the creatures that no one wants to play such as gnomes and goblins. I think that they are what makes the story or roleplay have a personality. Everyone wants to be a powerful character, because it gives them a dominant role in the roleplay. The flaw of being the powerful character in roleplay is that it is hard to get your character's feelings through without going into combat. Emotions are a sign of weakness according to the majority of the human race, so a powerful character is less likely to show them. However, a character who is not seen as powerful may use all the emotion that he chooses, because he has no reputation to retain other then the reputation of what he likes and is good at. So, that's just my little speech.
I am also interesting in the fact that I will be including my own made-up races in the roleplays that I am a part of. Mainly, because I have challenged myself to create new creatures instead of copying them. I believe that it will show originality and that it'll help inspire me for the creations that I am going to be creating for the book that I am writing.
