I'm Midnightfox, or at least, that's what I'll answer to around here. You can cally me Midnight, if you wish.
I'm new to this site, but have been RPing for years, and by that I mean more than a decade. Yup, I just turned 30 and I'm still at it! I believe there is no appropriate age for RP.
However, I DO believe there is an appropriate age GAP between partners in RP, and so I would like to ask anyone wishing to RP with me to be over the legal age (and by that I mean 18). I beleive it would be much less awkward and frankly, I would feel much more comfortable to RP freely if I know my partners are adults.
My native language is not English, but I do make an effort to keep my posts well versed and correct what mistakes I can find. I may let slip an occasional typo, or make a grammar mistake but I do make a real effort to appear literate.
Sometimes, though, I may forget to capitalize my sentences. Know this is not due to lack of care, I just forget sometimes since my native alphabet lacks such distinctions and my native syntax does not have anything such as that.
I can RP both casually and long term. I am not a stranger to adult themes and dark themes and my restrictions and triggers are surprisingly few. (Ask about them if it comes to that kind of RP. This is a public page, visible to all ages and so I'll not detail here.)
I love fantasy, especially of the medieval kind.
I don't usually RP schools of any kind.
I will RP animals, but not furry. (Nekos and such are not considered furry in my eyes. they are humans with some animal appendages)
Last but not least, I have a bit of a problem with charater sheets. I don't usually make them, and I don't usually bring existing characters to an RP. I usually tailor a new character for every RP idea unless its the continuation of an existing RP. I may add some character sheets in the future, but they will never be numerous.
And I will probably never use a real picture for a character. I MAY draw a character if the muse strikes me, but I hate giving real life faces to my characters.
