My name is Jared. I'm a coach for my Speech&Debate team from high school, Paradigm. Our team members compete in the organization called Stoa. I was involved in our Drama Club as well, with many roles, including Ebenezer Scrooge in A Christmas Carol. I enjoy singing and English Country Dancing when I get the chance. I'm also a writer. Of course, everybody says that these days, so it doesn't really mean much. I write poems and short stories occasionally, and I'm working on my first novel, which I hope to publish.
Most importantly, I'm a Christian. No, I will not scream fire and brimstone at you. Yes, I do take my faith seriously. If you have questions about what I believe, feel free to contact me in some way. (This website has private messages, right?) I'll be happy to answer any questions I can, provided that you're respectful.
I take all of life seriously, and sometimes forget to take emotions into account. I believe that the truth is more important than emotions, and if I think something needs to be said, I tend to say it. Of course, if the only purpose for saying something is to offend, it doesn't need to be said, does it?
I'll be exploring this site. It looks like a lot of fun. Happy roleplaying!
