From the Greek word meaning "glory," a kudos is acclaim for exceptional achievement or qualities.
On the RP repository, receiving a kudos means that another community member recommends you as someone other people might like to get to know. Perhaps because you are exceptionally fun to RP with, exceptionally fun to know, or are just plain exceptional!

By no means is it a bad thing that her replies vary in length. Rachel taught me that less, sometimes is more. I've been obsessing over the length of my replies in the past, but she's such a chill and relaxed person OOC that I just naturally let go of my compulsive roleplaying ideas.
As far as her characters goes... I've only met one of them this far, but it's already obvious to me she puts a lot of thought and effort into them. I love Luciano to bits.
