From the Greek word meaning "glory," a kudos is acclaim for exceptional achievement or qualities.
On the RP repository, receiving a kudos means that another community member recommends you as someone other people might like to get to know. Perhaps because you are exceptionally fun to RP with, exceptionally fun to know, or are just plain exceptional!

The fact I haven't given this person kudos yet is astounding. This woman is just amazing. A fantastic roleplayer with wonderful characters and creativity, every character a beautiful representation of her grace and elegance.
She's a total sweetheart and all around fun.

I've had to think for a few days on what I'd like to say about this lovely creature. I don't know her nearly as well as I'd like, but she certainly made an impression during our brief meeting. A skilled roleplayer with characters I've admired for some time, to be sure. But also a genuinely kind, vibrant person with a decidedly engaging energy about them. I hope to come to know her better.
