From the Greek word meaning "glory," a kudos is acclaim for exceptional achievement or qualities.
On the RP repository, receiving a kudos means that another community member recommends you as someone other people might like to get to know. Perhaps because you are exceptionally fun to RP with, exceptionally fun to know, or are just plain exceptional!

I have been role playing with the amazing Lue off and on the past five years and I can confidently say that their RP has been my absolute favorite and they as a person are absolutely wonderful! They're loving and funny and are the sweetest person I've ever had the pleasure of meeting.

I can't say enough about how much Lue means to me, due to how quickly he became a treasured friend upon first meeting. Relating to him as both a person and a RP partner is criminally easy. Smellie-belly! One of the most engaging dorks I know. I think we have kind of known each other through the fence, so to speak, for a long time - usually through trading. She's awesome. I love talking to her because she makes it so easy. Also her character creation is a whole other thing in and of itself! Pick her brain sometime! -

I forgot to give my favorite scummish pos Kudos! Ellie is simply a treat, and as especially enjoyable as their company is, they're even more so enjoyable behind the wheel of a character, diving straight into hell. They have a bad habit of cliffhanging at a pivotal moment and I often make them work for my affections, but I doubt you'll find much disappointment when seeking to engage Ellie. This one time, I totes thought Smellie was actually Dave Strider. (I actually have no definitive proof that they aren't.) In any case, Strider or not, Smellie's totally awesome and deserves all the roleplay and accolades they can get!

Smellie is the definition of Smell. You can smell her OCs from a mile away and before you know it our OCs are entangled in some weird subhuman mass like an eldritch abomination. Smellie (also known as Elloy in the wild) is a rare departure from reality in the guise of twinkie men who appear to be the definition of straight, but bend in the slightest wind of attractive males. 10/10, if you want a good time tell Marco how he uses his robotic arm for pleasurable endeavours. - Shai
