The Nameless One

The Nameless One sports a limber, humanoid figure, with thick hands and feet. She has purple skin and lavender freckles on her face, shoulders, and arms. Her eyes are yellow on yellow sclera, and her ears are long and pointed, which point downwards. Her dark violet hair is fluffy and barely brushes her shoulders. A pair of antennae sprout from her forehead, black with yellow tips.

Her wings mildly resemble monarch butterfly wings, although the edges of her wings have a more chaotic, spiked flare to them, rather than being smooth and perfect butterfly wings. Outlined with thick lines of black, her wings are yellow in their centers, before transitioning to orange the further out the colours stretch.

She is almost always seen wearing a dark indigo dress, with light indigo frills around her hips, sleeves, and the top of the dress, which lacks shoulders. Two rounded topaz crystals decorate her chest and the buckle of her black belt. She wears slippers that are also light indigo, to match.

The Nameless One is a mysterious figure, usually unwilling to disclose most information about herself. First impressions with them are typically very pleasant. She presents herself as a levelheaded individual who is able to keep their cool in almost any situation. Reasonable and mature, Nameless is noted to be very nice to other people, fae or not.

Nice is different than good, however.

Forever scheming, The Nameless One is usually up to no good. She proves to be unpredictable and mischievous, and will gladly trick anyone into something they don't want to be a part of. She's always smiling with wily delight, always thinking, and always observing.

Nameless loves to take advantage of people and their greed, usually for her own amusement and personal benefit. Being able to grant most wishes, Nameless is more than happy to grant them to anyone who asks... However, she derives great pleasure from twisting the wishes, and creating outcomes that, while giving the person what they asked for, they wind up with a catch that makes them unhappy and usually leaves them begging for Nameless to undo what she's done. Nameless usually won't... unless you're willing to work for it. Using others' greed to fuel her own, Nameless will usually send you on a pointless quest to get something she's after; if successful, she will completely reverse your wish. If you're lucky, she may actually leave you with what you wanted in the first place, but this seldom happens.

Flight:
The Nameless One can fly, much like other winged fae.

Wish-Granting:
The Nameless One can grant wishes. Just ask nicely and they'll hop right to it.
Be warned... Nameless loves to corrupt wishes. She cannot lie, so she'll certainly give you what you want... but she will twist the wish in some way that will make you regret getting your wish in the first place.
(Example: You wish for wealth? Done! You are now the wealthiest goldfish known to man. What? Don't look at me like that. You did not specify that you did not want to become a goldfish.)

Wish Reversal:
On top of granting wishes, The Nameless One can easily undo any wish she grants.
She will not do this without being asked, and even then, she will still force you to go on a quest (for her benefit) in order to undo the wish you made.

Sizeshifting:
The Nameless One can change size. Naturally, they are about 10 inches tall, but she usually makes herself larger (about 4'9") to make it easier to interact with the world. She can become much larger than that, but Nameless deems it unnecessary.

Names Have Power:
Never give the fae your name. If you reveal your full name to The Nameless One, she will steal it. Once stolen, she may torment you as she pleases, unless you somehow manage to take it back.

Wand Proficiency:
Wands are The Nameless One's weapon-of-choice and she is quite skilled with them. She always carries a handcrafted wand on her.

Pockets of Holding:
The pockets in her dress contain hammerspace, in which she can store an infinite amount of items no matter how heavy.

Iron:
The Nameless One, like all fae, is extremely vulnerable to iron. The slightest touch will cause her harm, and she will avoid it like the plague. This is the best way to keep her away from you.

Names Have Power:
Hence their title, knowing The Nameless One's true name will grant the person power over her, allowing them to summon and enslave her.
Don't ask her for her name, she WILL get angry.

Fae Cannot Lie:
The Nameless One is incapable of lying. She can deceive others with wordplay, but she must speak the truth whether she wants to or not.

No Self-Wishing:
The Nameless One cannot grant her own wishes.

Pint-Sized:
In her natural size, The Nameless One is incredibly small, and is much more vulnerable to attacks as a result.

Hammerspace Havoc:
The Nameless One's infinite inventory doesn't always work to their benefit. Sometimes, Nameless will be unable to find an item of hers when she needs it, and will have to do a lot of rummaging to relocate it.

Some fun facts about The Nameless One:

• The Nameless One made her official debut at RPR's Winter Masquerade in 2023.
• Nameless' diet mostly consists of sugary sweets- she's not terribly fond of vegetables. Supposedly, they make her squirm.
• Rumour has it that The Nameless One gained her title after cutting out the tongue of a peasant who stole her true name. It's just a rumour spread by humans, however.
