I have only one question right now and that is the dice roll section just below the post typing box thing... What the hell is it for and what is its purpose? 
Dice roll can be used for a variety of things in RPs, like if it's a DnD thing.
As an example in combat situations for an RP I'm in with someone, dice rolls are used to determine the power and accuracy of a hit as well as if that hit is dodged or not.
So basically it's for RPs with dice mechanics and the purpose is to fulfill those mechanics
