RP prompts may be complete plot ideas, a single situation, a character, a feeling, a challenge, or even a photo to use as inspiration. Start a new RP to play them out, or use them to add a twist to an existing RP. Modify them, take inspiration from them, or use them as is!
This prompt does not begin at the start of a dungeon crawl, but at the end. [OC 1] has finally arrived at the heart of the [catacombs, labyrinth, abandoned space craft, mine shaft] where a glorious treasure is said to be stashed. Something has driven them every step of the way: the deteriorating health of a family member, a home in need of repairs, perhaps a small hometown in desperate economic need. Whatever the case may be, their reason for needing this treasure is dire, and the treasure is real. However, it is currently in the hands of [OC 2], who had an almost identical reason for needing this loot. How will they decide who gets the goods? Will they duke it out, or will one try and convince the other to give up the goods as they travel together, taking turns to show what (or who) needs that money more? - Suggested by Libertine
