I anticipate no downtime. There may be a brief uptick in lag.
The main reason you're seeing this warning about it is that when it's done, you're going to have to close and reopen any live chats you had open. Honestly, I'd recommend not using the live chat feature for the duration of maintenance that day, but you do you.
