Yes, I'm that old. No, I don't have completely gray hair (yet) but I've been a gamer since 1979. My first ever game was the old Skydiver arcade game and I managed to school everyone in the entire household. I haven't done any serious gaming (yet) but my last MMORPG was Order and Chaos for the Android OS. I also used to be a DM for various D&D adventures, but never delved into true roleplaying until about twelve years ago. (RP sparring invitations welcome.)
Yep, I was also a DJ during my time in college. (I still produce 60-minute mixes every now and then, just to keep in practice.)
Yes, I do know how to cook, and not just read the directions off the back of a box. I also like to play beach volleyball when the weather is warm. Most importantly, I enjoy being the father of a very active (if not stubborn) 19-month old son.
Which masks do I wear?
Apart from planning on gradually becoming more and more involved here, I can be found roleplaying as Weyrleader M'riel at one Pern RP forum, and Weyrleader M'thos on another. I also used to play as Kendrall Lothalesean, Prophet of Paladine on a Dragonlance-based MUD set in the Third Age of Krynn. Feel free to send me a private message if you wish to learn more.
