I'm a fully literate roleplayer, an aspiring writer, an artist, percussionist, homestuck fan, and all around funny guy, and I would be absolutely exuberant to share my interests with the other funny guys of this world.
I have very few requirements for roleplayers. You should be able to type a good 3-5 paragraphs per message. You should be going for some kind of aesthetic in your writing (gothic, sci-fi, punk, satirical, etc.). There are some things that make you even more appealing as an rp partner, though. If you're a fan of wacky, out-of-the-box crossovers, that's great. If you like using queer and trans characters, that's great. If you like putting some dark themes into your plots, that's great. If you know what homestuck is, that's great. If you can do all of these things, where have you been all my life?
My typical method for making a plot is to start with our characters and come up with a story that fits their personalities and backstories in a narratively interesting, very witty, and possibly comedic way. I understand some people like to make up characters on the spot, and I can accommodate for that if you work with me, but I much prefer the character-first approach. It leads to a better back-and-forth. All that is to say, if/when you message me, you should already know what genre/theme you want and what character you want to use for the best results.
