From the Greek word meaning "glory," a kudos is acclaim for exceptional achievement or qualities.
On the RP repository, receiving a kudos means that another community member recommends you as someone other people might like to get to know. Perhaps because you are exceptionally fun to RP with, exceptionally fun to know, or are just plain exceptional!

Even though Penelope may not have any characters at the time of this Kudos to her I believe that due to her taking a 3 year break she must have lots of experience regardless in Rping as such I believe and honestly think that whenever she has her characters back up that you should RP with her or at least spend time with her! - Miwi_Sama
