From the Greek word meaning "glory," a kudos is acclaim for exceptional achievement or qualities.
On the RP repository, receiving a kudos means that another community member recommends you as someone other people might like to get to know. Perhaps because you are exceptionally fun to RP with, exceptionally fun to know, or are just plain exceptional!

"Axel" was clearly not a character meant for a modern-day RP, and yet, I had no issues assimilating my character who was from real-world 1982 into the very creative haunted house he put together in the basement of his character's lab. I loved how he was able to roleplay what he was doing as his characters made observations about mine going through the maze as if she were a lab rat. FlamingPsycho is amazing. This is kinda over due. They have interesting twist for plots and knows there characters well and plays them with mastery. It almost like they are real.
