From the Greek word meaning "glory," a kudos is acclaim for exceptional achievement or qualities.
On the RP repository, receiving a kudos means that another community member recommends you as someone other people might like to get to know. Perhaps because you are exceptionally fun to RP with, exceptionally fun to know, or are just plain exceptional!

At first Whiffle was quiet and unassuming but as I got to know her we got along like a house on fire. It's so rare to come across someone with the same sarcastic sense of humour as me, so it was a treat to finally get to know her. We have similar thoughts and opinions that make it so easy to get along with her, and though we don't roleplay much it's always a blast to chat and hang out with her, she's a good lass! -

An unlikely friend, Whiffle and I were more alike than anyone likely could have first assumed. She does amazing graphics and while she's quiet on the outside, has a strong and clear personality underneath. INFPs for life! -

I've always enjoyed reading the inner workings of Whiffle's characters in the huge blocks of text that she creates. I've only met one of those characters in depth, but I don't doubt that the others are just as amazingly crafted as that one. Ssussun is one of the most well played drow characters I have ever encountered. So much thought was put into every aspect of him and played out perfectly. Its impossible to find one single character of this lovely lady to give kudos. This is because the depth and detail into the design and creation of each and every one is utterly outstanding.
