Older!Varian x Cassandra
Varian is the prince of a kingdom, but he's not actually the prince, he's faking it and he's not the real heir to the throne, so someone hires Cassandra to assassinate him, but undercover. So, when the King tries to get Varian to marry a lady, and after multiple suitresses he was uninterested in, Cassandra arrives as one of the suitress and he falls in-love at first sight, so Cassandra ends up faking this relationship with Varian until the day of the Royal Wedding... Only to actually fall in-love with him and hesitates doing her original job of killing the prince...

Industrial revolution
Unrest may be part of the setting, but any scenes that happen to involve combat may be summarized.
Romance is required, but may take some time to develop. For example: slow burn RPs.
