Time worked differently in the afterlife, Paeya was well aware of that, she just didn't know how different.
A few days prior, the Legendary Saiyan Queen had been happily enjoying her paradise. Training when she wished, visiting the family that were there or who were able to visit the land of the dead at will. Wondering the planes of the Underworld, seeing what there was to see. By twisted coincidences, Paeya was half sister to the Goddess of Death herself, and as such, afforded certain privileges in her afterlife.
She had been just outside the capital city of the Underworld when she was approached by a mysterious man. He looked young, but claimed to be one of Death's oldest children, and had been gifted the title of Grim Reaper. The two talked for a time, he knew of Paeya's adventures in life well. He eventually broke the news that Death felt that the Queen deserved another chance at life. To see what her hard work in the past had led to.
As said, that had been a few days ago. After returning to the living, Paeya had made her way to her old homeworld, Vegeta. It was clear there had been peace here for many long years. Centuries, in fact, ever since her death long ago. Her people had become weak and complacent. While she was glad her hardships had led to a time her people felt this safe and secure, she felt that they should still be ready. She knew well the dangers of the multiverses.
Paeya first lived over 1120 years ago, in a time that would have been equivalent to the timeline of the manga/anime. She was a legend by the time she died, becoming one of the strongest warriors and protectors of the universe. She did so well at her job, that peace largely reigned since the time of her passing.
But as fate would have it, soon after her gift of another life, evil would once more show it's evil face. Do you have what it takes to join this Legendary Saiyan Queen in facing this new villian?

Combat is woven into the storyline and could come to the forefront if the characters seek it out.
Romance isn't outright desired, but can happen if we decide the characters are perfect for each other. The romance won't be important to the overall plot.
