Zombies in the near future, strange city (closed)

This is open to anyone, but keep it realistic please. I'm going to make a Roleplay in a futuristic way. About 2100, lots of new technologies, but nothing REALLY advanced. It's going to take place in Europe, and the city is New Petersburg, a large thriving city in the cold desolate and dead country of what was Russia. Suddenly all signs of the apocalypse are gone here. Older cars are showing up, modern clothes are almost non-existant, and 50's-esque clothes are apparently on the rage. These Russians have translators, small devices implanted on the roof of their mouths, to translate what they say into whatever is needed to be said in. They use gambling chips as money, a little weird, but it works. However, things aren't as perfect as they seem. Some strange stuff is going on, dark stuff is happening, and some new faces might just find out what.
