Hello! I'm Laz, I've been text roleplaying for 4 years now and VC rping for 1 year now, I am also an audio engineer and voice actor. Its been a very long time since I've had a quality romance rp so I'm interested in whatever! Here is an idea I generally had if you'd like:
Plot: I would play a crown prince of a fantasy medieval kingdom (oc not yet made but thinking about them) and you would play my childhood best friend, any gender is allowed. We had fallen in love in our early teens and I had entirely fallen head over heels for you, one night deciding to confess my feelings to you, the ones I knew we both had, in my bedroom in the late evening. That night there was a planned assassination of both my father and I and you were murdered, and I left scarred before help could arrive. I spent the next 7 years mourning your loss until my father forced me to propose to a foreign princess for relations, set to be wed on the summer solstice this summer. Just weeks before our marriage suddenly you appear, out of the corner of my eye, in a grand ball, celebrating my engagement. That is where we will begin, totally up for ideas and backstory!!!

Magic is rare. Some of the players might have it. There may be sages or other magical figures that could be sought out for tutelage.
Renaissance
Unrest may be part of the setting, but any scenes that happen to involve combat may be summarized.
Romance will be a major feature of this plot.
