In the catacombs deep under the great Rome, the secret army called The Golden Cohort was formed and trained through years by hours of endless training. But with a new army heading to Rome from the north, the cruel emperor commanded that the Golden Cohort was sent to stop the threat. But will they succeed in eliminating the new threat? Or will the threat prove itself to be the cohort's escape from the lies and tyranny back in Rome?

Magic is rare, but not unheard of. Mundane characters may or may not believe in it. Magical characters may form small and exclusive pockets for study, protection, etc.
