The city night was rampant with it's dazzling neon lights. The busy evening was still buzzing, and alive in the shore of New Jersey. For all the dance clubs, casinos, special events were on-going. Despite all the casual night festivities, a rumor had stricken the area. Someone had believed to see a founder of a gang within the area. While the rumors of this gang were just that, rumors. According to the word around, he was lurking around the night clubs, and some casinos. But don't let those rumors get you down! The night is still young in fact, and you're not even close to finishing the night I bet! What's the worst that could happen?
It's a supernatural-like Rp. I prefer more human like characters in terms of appearance to fit the setting. I don't expect for this to become a adult eccentric rp. However, action is going to be preferred if your character is supernatural as well. Um, cool let's see how this goes.

Magic is rare. Some of the players might have it. There may be sages or other magical figures that could be sought out for tutelage.
Near future, perhaps cloning and genetic manipulation
Combat is expected as part of the storyline but it won't dominate the plot.
