Triz went to clean the dusty windows. She opened one. Her house/workshop was right by the end of the Skylands. Meaning that she could see straight down to earth below. She had always wondered how it was down there. A flying ship flew gently past what she was looking at. This broke her daydreaming. She got back to cleaning the windows. No use in dreaming about something you can't get to*
