Okay, RPR, I'll just make a full confession: I love cheesy action movies. A lot. Speed with Keanu Reeves' "acting", the Lethal Weapon series, even the parody movies like The Naked Gun films, I eat 'em up. Frankly, I think it's a little disappointing how serious and moody Hollywood's made some of the recent action films coming out today; Daniel Craig in Casino Royale f'rinstance, or the Bourne movies disappoint me, because while I can enjoy a good action scene, it's just not the same without ditsy love interests, comically evil villains, and bad one-liners. Games count too, from Time Crisis to Virtua Cop and so on.
Frankly, I think that there should be a RP set up to capture some of the cheesy action movie spirit that we lost sometime around the late 1990s. A clueless muscleheaded, testosterone-fuelled hero, a sidekick that's either useless comedy relief or just as destructive, a blonde love interest that can do little more than blink, breathe, and clutch firmly to the hero's bulging arm, an evil organization that remains ominous and vague until the plot needs a big shootout between the hero and a bunch of nameless mooks, and puns and one-liners up the wazoo are all needed.
So, if'n you have anything to contribute to this RP idea, from character ideas/full characters, film/TV/games to look at for possible inspiration, puns and jokes for someone to tell, a title, a plot element, or even just an idea, throw it in here! Let's make this the best worst movie RP ever!

Dam it! I wanted the hero! Tell could've worked for that. He's big, a boxer, and has scars! So close...Anyways, if I can't be the hero with Tell, I could use William who I have a bit of a smart mouth on. Not swearing I mean, funny little lines and actions.
