Situated in a world where elemental powers are common, there is a facility named Elemental Combat Organization (pronounced as 'ECHO'.). They offer all sorts of training for human elementalists. Each character must find their own way to complete training at a facility. Chances are, if you don't attend the training sessions.. you'll be hunted by power-hungry demons when the mission orb accidentally transfers you back to Earth.

Possible Elementals List (Character base must be a humanoid)
Light, Dark, Earth, Pyre (Fire), Speed/Air, Water, Spirit/Mind, Celestial (Sun/Star/Moon/Planets), Sound, Atomic Control

There are dorms involved in this roleplay. Dorms will be assigned as roles fill up, and most likely will be assigned to the characters who share same elemental powers. Depending on the amount of roleplayers available, the amount of rooms might change.
Possible locations for roleplaying: Classroom, Dorm, Cafeteria, Mission Ground (Viridian Forest), Training Center (that has all sorts of equipment), Facility Kitchen, Dungeon (Kind of like a jail), Headquarters (The Mission Stone is kept here).
There cannot be more than 3 people in each location.

Magic is common.
Modern
Combat is woven into the storyline and could come to the forefront if the characters seek it out.
Details: Occasional dice use, adjustable length posts, long-term RP partner preferred.

Is your character a dragon-hybrid, or do they possess the power to fight/defend with water beams that are shaped like dragons? Sorry if I sound a little pretentious, I'm not from the D&D community so some things I might not understand the same way.

She is a dragon hybrid. She can use her elemental power to turn into water when she chooses to, but only if she has enough water in her body already.

I am sorry if I sound quite demanding, but I personally prefer if the elemental was in a human base.
