Rory sighed, pressing SEND after reviewing her short message. She patiently stared at she screen, wondering if anyone else will soon join, as she had nothing else to do but sit on that bench... bored... ”Now I just sit here... and wait...”

This is a roleplay similar to the light novel/manga/anime DURARARA, as said by the title.
I don’t know how many people will be interested in this. But, if your interested in doing a 1x1 RP like this, feel free to PM me! If a lot of people are interested in a group RP, I’ll do maybe one or two groups. You must write like that little segment above or similar to it. (ex, “☆Aaron: hello? anyone on?☆” or “<Aaron: hello? anyone on?>”)
I decided that the location of this RP will be made-up city similar to Ikebukuro or Tokyo. Perhaps a city where a diversity of people live (ill name it Komondai or Kesame) so yeah.
I’m willing to let people play Celty & Shinra. Maybe Izaya & Shizuo, or characters similar to them. Feel free to play as two characters, as well~! I’d prefer mostly humans, but I’m also fine with a few humans controlled by Saika. I just don’t want this roleplay to be overwhelmed with angels & werewolves.
I’m going to play as Rory (going to be human in this), as well make my other character, Dylan Rouge, appear every so often.
So, yeah, feel free to reply if your interested and PM me for 1x1 RP~ I might update this later so beware~!

Some magic. Few can use it, but most of the players probably won't have it. Magical characters will likely believe that they are all alone.

Distant war may be part of the setting, but any scenes that happen to involve combat will likely be summarized, not played out in detail.
