A local newspaper prints nothing but roommate ads, as the cramped city must build large apartments. The growing population and rise in rent prices makes the need for roommates much greater.
The city is split into 4 quarters:
NE: Residential
NW: Retail/Restaurant
SE: Employment
SW: Ghetto/Avoided area
An ad is put out for roommates in the newspaper, and reads as follows:
