A vivacious institute with a dynamic for sorcery, one of the world's most powerful witches granted the academy to those who sought to learn more from their gift. By ensuring every students' safety, her legendary spell lives beyond her grave by keeping the academy evanescent to the naked eye.

Ste. Philomena Academy-- often nicknamed the 'Magic Academy' --is strictly secluded from the outside world. Strictly professors and other supervisors are allowed outside of The Wall, the name given to the barrier limits. Only the most daring will be able to sneak their way off-campus. If one is lucky, they'll make it to the Savernake Forest, filled with rarities of flora and fauna that can't be seen anywhere else. Beware of the creatures you may come across!

Students will be separated by year, based on age and experience in magic use. The Academy allows stay for five years in total. Year One students may learn the basics, while Year Five learn advanced and powerful spells. Enchantment can be a deadly gift, which is why the Academy is dedicated to properly train students into the new generation's prowess in magic.

1. It is required to read all of our stated rules and accept the terms to join this group.

2. Mature Content Warning. Some themes in Ste. Philomena Academy include strong language and combat scenes. Viewer discretion is advised.

3. No character can bring death to another character!! The Academy will not accept anyone with intentions to destroy the school from the inside.

General Rules

1. No Godmodding, Autoing, or Overpowered Characters. You do not have the outcome of all of your actions, other characters, or world events. Your character also cannot dodge every hit if they intend to hit. No one is invincible.

2. Due to some adult themes, such as strong language and battle scenes, this group is for those who are 16+.

3. OOC Drama, Bullying, and Harassment will not be tolerated. Be mature, and be respectful of your fellow writers. If you do not like someone's character, play style, etc., we suggest that you don't roleplay with them.

4. Character Profiles and Their Limitations: Currently, we are only accepting characters that can fit in a modern fantasy setting. Species other than human are welcomed, but carefully reviewed. They cannot be OP or bring malicious intent to the Academy. Both student and professor applications are being reviewed.

5. No Unsolicited Mature Content. Do not post lewd imagery or sexual content on any forum in the group. Any sexual endeavors between players can do so 1x1 in PMs.

6. Writing Standards: To attend Ste. Philomena Academy, we ask that you have at least a grade 10 reading and writing level in the English language. We are a high literacy group. Every post in forums must be two paragraphs in length minimum, to ensure everyone's turn is equal in substance and we can continue to keep the thread going.

7. Consent Beforehand. If you plan to write the ark of your or another character being seriously injured, you must plan ahead. Talk to your partner, then speak with us, so it may follow the terms.
