Y/C sees Rikka sitting calmly, the rain pouring down hard. Y/C decides to try and make a conversation with him, but he gets up and leaves. Y/C hadn't seen him for a few years until they were recently kidnapped by the Mafia. There stood the guy they had met before. Does Y/C say something, or let this play out??

On very, very, rare occasions there may be unexplained, POSSIBLY supernatural events. Minor "environmental" magic. Perhaps implies the existence of a deity or supernatural entity. Or perhaps it's just tricks?
Modern
Combat is expected as part of the storyline but it won't dominate the plot.
Romance is required, but may take some time to develop. For example: slow burn RPs.
