It has been some time since you have seen a friend, since they moved away for a unknown reason. One day, you, and your current friends(If more than one player joins.) have found a dragon claiming to be that friend who moved away. Do you accept what the dragon said, and make up for lost time, have the dragon give proof that they are who they are, or even attack the dragon?
Magic is rare, but not unheard of. Mundane characters may or may not believe in it. Magical characters may form small and exclusive pockets for study, protection, etc.
Modern
Distant war may be part of the setting, but any scenes that happen to involve combat will likely be summarized, not played out in detail.

I'm interested, what time period is this set in? Historical, present, or future?
The rp is in modern times, as in now, or a little in the future, as in a few months at max.
