Support for OOC chatter in IC threads

Today brings a quality of life upgrade to our forums and private messages! It's really simple: Any message that begins and ends with double parenthesis ((like this)) will now be clearly marked as being OOC.

New lightbox, new policy!

We have a new image lightbox for character and group galleries! It works much better on mobile and supports swiping through images with your finger if you're on a touch device. This new lightbox lets us change our policies regarding profile warnings.
